Refund & Return Policy

Due to the regulated nature of firearms and related products, all sales at
Southgate Firearm Supply are subject to strict return and refund conditions.
Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Firearms

All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been purchased and assigned
to an order, it cannot be returned or refunded. Firearms are shipped only to licensed
Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers, and any required background checks and transfers
are completed at the receiving dealer.

If a firearm arrives at the FFL dealer damaged or with a verified manufacturer defect,
the issue must be reported before the firearm is transferred to the buyer.
Once a firearm has been transferred, accepted, or logged out by the FFL dealer, it is no
longer eligible for return or replacement.

FFL Transfer Refusals

If a background check is delayed or denied, or if a customer is unable to complete the
transfer for any legal reason, the firearm may be returned to us by the FFL dealer.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and restocking
costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Ammunition

For safety and compliance reasons, ammunition cannot be returned.
This includes unopened boxes. Please verify caliber and compatibility before ordering.

Accessories & Non-Regulated Items

Accessories such as optics, magazines (where legal), and gear may be eligible for return
within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in
original packaging.

Returned items that show signs of use, installation, or damage may be refused or subject
to a partial refund at our discretion.

Order Errors & Damaged Shipments

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within
48 hours of delivery. Photos of the packaging and item may be required to
process a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is
received and inspected. Refunds do not include shipping fees and may take several business
days to appear depending on your payment provider.
